It is an honor and a privilege to serve the Upper Scioto Valley community as your Superintendent.I am humbled to lead a district with such a rich history. Many families in our district have lived here for generations. I have had the privilege of speaking with and getting to know numerous long-time residents who attended school in the towns that now make up our district: Roundhead, Alger, and McGuffey. They have all expressed their pride in both the community school from which they graduated, as well as consolidated USV. As you know, the first letter of each town is an acronym for our fierce and fearless mascot, the RAM!
They are proud of their heritage and proud to be RAMs. I respect that commitment and I am motivated to continue building lasting relationships between our schools and the RAM community. As I move ahead on my journey as your Superintendent, please don’t hesitate to introduce yourself to me and strike up a conversation. I hope to make new friends and I, too, am extremely proud to be a RAM!
