Parent communication for 3/18/20
Hello Upper Scioto Valley Community,
I
am so grateful for all the support the community and staff have offered in this
time of need. I have tried to follow two
principal’s during these changing times:
Meet
the needs of the students to the best of our ability and
Be
flexible.
I
am reaching out today to remind you of the plan for tomorrow Wednesday, March
18, 2020. During the hours of 12-6 we
are requesting that one adult from each family come to the school to pick up
the assignments for the students in grades K-12. We will also have some school supplies
available as well as a limited supply of canned goods for families in
need.
We
are also asking that if your family would like school lunches and breakfasts delivered
to your home during the school shut down time, you sign-up for this service when
the schoolwork is picked up. Meals will
be delivered starting on Friday, March 20 between the hours of noon and
3pm. Someone will need to be available
to receive these meals. The planned
delivery schedule for the next two weeks will be with the meals delivered on
Friday, March 20.
As
our plans are constantly changing please watch for updates through the school
website, Facebook posts, one-call system and group texts. Thank you for all you do and continue to be
flexible and work to make this time as easy as possible. I am proud to be a RAM.
